- at the begining (0:00) i need to stand with my feet in parralell - at 0:12 seconds i need to push myarms out more - at 0:14 seconds i need to make my arm straighter and reach higher - at 0:15-0:18 i need to keep my arms straight and not let them flop about - at 0:24 i need to keep my arms straight and aso my leg straighter
